1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the GlaciaWTR website or placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Products & Orders

GlaciaWTR offers premium custom-branded water bottles with RO+UV purification. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Minimum order quantities may apply for custom-branded products.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes and final products may vary slightly.
• Custom artwork and branding files must meet our printing specifications.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of order confirmation. We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 7 business days after order confirmation and receipt of payment. Delivery timelines may vary based on order volume, customization requirements, and location. GlaciaWTR is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or force majeure events.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are only accepted in cases of manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered. Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, and text, is the property of GlaciaWTR and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any custom artwork you provide; however, by submitting artwork you confirm you have the rights to use it.

7. Limitation of Liability

GlaciaWTR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
